Clarion Housing Group has launched preliminary market engagement for a £95m design-and-build housing contract in Leeds.
The developer is seeking a principal contractor to deliver 372 new homes at Latimer’s flagship Kirkstall Road site in the city.
The contract will cover the second phase of the Dyecoats scheme and include Blocks 1 and 3.
The job is expected to run for just under five years, with the programme scheduled from 29 September 2025 to 1 July 2030.
Clarion will procure the works through a competitive tender, with the formal contract notice due to be published on 2 June.
Expressions of interest must be submitted by 29 May.
The market engagement process will help clarify procurement requirements and assess industry capacity to deliver the project.
Latimer Kirkstall Limited is the contracting entity.
The estimated value of the works is £94.8m including VAT.
