Driverless Mahindra Scorpio-N Ploughs A Field [Video]

Agriculture is still the primary source of livelihood for more than 55% of India’s population. However, over the years, a number of advancements have come in the field of agriculture. It has become so advanced that people in villages are now using SUVs like Mahindra Scorpio-N to help them in farming (it’s sarcasm, of course). Recently, a video of a Mahindra Scorpio-N preparing the soil for sowing seeds with the help of heavy-duty farming equipment has been shared online.

Mahindra Scorpio-N Farming

This video of a Mahindra Scorpio-N being used instead of a tractor has come courtesy of Rahul Rao Saheb from Instagram. It starts with the cameraman showing a white-colored Mahindra Scorpio-N driving on agricultural land.

It is then highlighted by the person that there is no one inside the Scorpio-N, and its doors show the same. He then shows the rear of the car where we can note not one but two disc plows attached to the back of the Scorpio-N.

The owner stated that they have attached them with the help of the two attachments. Following this, he states that the Scorpio-N is performing flawlessly. It can be noted that even without any driver, the car was plowing the ground perfectly.

Mahindra Scorpio-N vs. Mahindra Tractor

The same person who shared this unique video of the Mahindra Scorpio-N farming has also shared another unique video. In this short video, the Mahindra Scorpio-N was made to compete with a Mahindra farming tractor in a series of tug-of-wars.

Before commencing the tug of wars, the owner mentions that they will declare the tires of the tractor. This was done to help it make better grip on the dirt. Following this, both Mahindra vehicles were tied with each other via a heavy-duty strap. After this, the tug of wars start.

In the first tug of war, both vehicles showed great performance. In this round, no vehicle was able to completely pull the other one. Following this, in the second tug of war, the Mahindra tractor gets turned off so the Scorpio-N pulls it slightly. But the result was inconclusive.

Finally, for the third tug of war, the Mahindra Scorpio-N and the tractor were taken on a cement path. This time around, the tractor was given an advantage of facing down on a slope. However, despite this advantage, the Scorpio-N managed to pull it up the slope.
