I’m not as high on the Irish as most folks are entering this new-look college football season. Yes, Riley Leonard is talented, but there are a lot of questions on the roster, and I’m not sure the Irish have the answers. They will have another solid, good season, but I don’t see Notre Dame reaching the College Football Playoff, even with a relatively easy schedule and an expanded 12-team Playoff field.
